Ashley Tupper

Director of Operations & IR

Once bestowed the great honor of being voted ‘most punctual’ by her peers, Ashley has brought her passion for logistics, planning and timeliness to her role as Director of Operations.

Prior to joining SignalFire, Ashley was an Engagement Administrator at True Search where she provided high-level administrative support to partners, clients and candidates across the United States and EMEA. Ashley joined True at a relatively early stage and supported the company through steady expansion and growth, assisting over 60 searches across growth stage software, internet, life sciences, and IT companies.

Before True, Ashley was a social & corporate event planner in New York City, where she worked within iconic institutions including the Empire State Building, The New York Public Library, and Council on Foreign Relations. Notably, Ashley was the first Events Manager for the Empire State Building, where she worked closely with ownership and management to develop a business model for corporate rental events.

An Arizona native and New Yorker at heart, Ashley has lived in the Bay Area for 5 years and enjoys hiking Lands End, yurting in Big Sur and exploring the Russian River Valley. She has embraced Karl the Fog, but still misses the ‘dry heat’ in Phoenix.

Ashley graduated from the University of Arizona in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Sociology. Bear Down!
