Steve Baker

Steve Baker is a co-founder of Laserlike since August 2016, where he is building a new search and information assistant product. Prior to that he was a Distinguished Engineer at Google where he co-founded the world’s largest scale open-domain algorithmic question answering system (billions of answers a week at extremely low latency). He started at Google in 2003 as an intern after completing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Cornell University and at one time or another lead development on the top two most important search ranking signals in Google search.
