Success Operations Lead
Emma joined the Product Operations team in 2025 to scale SignalFire’s world-class programs and resources, leveraging her extensive experience in improving efficiency and operations across diverse businesses.
Emma was previously at Lumafield where she worked in Go-to-Market strategy, leading Product Marketing, West Coast Sales expansion, and helping with Series B and C capital raises. Prior, Emma was a Director of Business Initiatives at AppFolio, streamlining Customer Success operations and improving the customer journey on the Product team. Emma worked at Amazon launching Whole Foods delivery, focused on increasing capacity through improved order, picking, and delivery systems. She began her career as a Specialist in Impressionist and Modern art at Christie's, advising clients on buying, selling, and valuing privately held illiquid assets at auction.
Emma holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University, Graduate School of Business, where she worked with Pear Ventures. She received a B.A. with high honors from the University of California, Berkeley in History of Art and a minor from the Blum Center for Developing Economies.
Outside SignalFire, Emma is part of the Headlands Art Center and FOG Focus committees and loves being outdoors. Growing up in SF, Emma avoids the famed fog by living at the top of Mount Sutro with her partner and her adventurous dog Marengo.
