Jonathan Lim

Jon joined SignalFire in 2020 where he’s now a Partner that focuses on early-stage venture investments. 

Before SignalFire, Jon helped build KKR’s Next Generation Technology Fund as one of the earliest team members in the US. He also worked as a software investor at TCV and an investment banker at Jefferies. His journey in tech began in high school, learning how to build calculators and timers on ICT boards and program in Metrowerks. After several internships with tech companies, Jon discovered his passion was partnering with the teams to build these disruptive tech platforms. He graduated with honors from USC with a double major in Accounting and Finance.

Outside work, Jon can be found exploring the various off-leash dog beaches and hiking trails with his two dogs, a husky named Remy and a border collie named Bailey. He also enjoys exploring the SF and international food scenes and has attempted to recreate some dishes at home.
