Laura is the founder and President of Opus Strategy, a boutique life sciences consultancy recognized for bridging biopharma, clinical science, and emerging digital health and AI/ML technologies. Under her leadership, the firm delivers high-impact strategies to optimize launch, streamline execution, and drive measurable patient and business outcomes.
She brings deep expertise in clinical trial design, biomarker strategy, diagnostic development, clinical decision support, patient engagement, virtual care, and AI applications such as generative and predictive modeling.
