Mario Espindola joined SignalFire in 2023 as Senior Director of Talent to assist portfolio companies with talent acquisition and strategy. Prior to SignalFire, Mario was Head of Talent Acquisition for healthcare tech company Wheel, and Head of Global Talent for Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Mario is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a background in startups and publicly traded organizations. He excels in organization-wide, multidisciplinary searches and leading talent departments of all sizes.
